Returns and exchanges

WEUP3D accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Because sculptwear and intimate apparel are hygiene-sensitive, returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, free from scents or marks, and returned with original tags, packaging, liners, and hygiene seals intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, missing packaging, missing liners, or removed hygiene seals cannot be accepted.

How to start a return or exchange

Email info@weup3d.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Fit and size exchanges

If the fit is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you choose the best replacement size or style. Customers are responsible for return shipping on size, fit, color, or preference returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. If the problem is confirmed, WEUP3D will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover the required shipping cost.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, worn or washed items, items with missing liners or hygiene seals, and items not purchased directly from weup3d.com are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
