WEUP3D ships sculptwear orders from our China fulfillment center after your order is placed. Orders are packed carefully and shipped with trackable cross-border carriers such as YunExpress or similar logistics partners, with local final-mile delivery after the parcel arrives in the destination country.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or carrier delays, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

2. United States Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 USD for orders under $59.00 USD.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Free for orders of $59.00 USD and above.
  • Expedited Shipping: $14.99 USD.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-9 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather, incorrect addresses, carrier handoffs, and peak seasons may cause delays outside our control.

4. Tracking

  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated at checkout.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, contact us at info@weup3d.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment status with the carrier.
